  • The product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

  • The item was purchased directly from our website, risual.store.

Please Note: Due to health and safety regulations, we cannot accept returns on opened or used products, including multivitamins.


2. How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  2. Return Authorization: Our customer service team will review your request and send you a Return Authorization (RA) number along with instructions on how to return the product.
  3. Ship the Item: Return the product using a trackable shipping service to the address provided. You will be responsible for the shipping cost unless the return is due to a mistake on our part (e.g., defective or incorrect item).
  4. Refund Processing: Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets the return conditions. If the return is approved, we will process your refund within 7-10 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable and non-refundable:

  • Opened or used products, including bottles of multivitamins
  • Gift cards or vouchers
  • Products marked as “Final Sale”

4. Damaged or Defective Items

5. Shipping Costs

6. Exchanges

At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like to exchange a product, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.
